He Silenced Me. I Chose Freedom.

Aria marries the siren king to keep two peoples at peace. Derek answers her sacrifice with punishment, convinced she killed his parents. He takes her voice and makes their marriage a prison of blame and humiliation. When Aria uncovers the truth behind the old tragedy, she makes a choice of her own: she will break the blood vow binding her to him. The husband who once treated her with cruelty now refuses to let her leave. Aria has already given this marriage her voice. She will decide how much more it can take.
